Este fin de semana pasado, tuve la oportunidad de impartir un taller de foto en la espectacular costa cercana al encantador pueblo de Cadaqués. La Associació Fotogràfica Jaume Oller, me pidió si podría realizar un taller de fotografía de paisaje en esta zona de costa en la que llevo trabajando intensamente unos cuantos años. El grupo fue realmente fantástico y la experiencia muy interesante.

Fueron varias las localizaciones que fotografiamos, en busca de playas, acantilados, islas y rocas… la esencia de este trocito de costa. EL tiempo nos acompañó… el sábado de madrugada, el cielo apareció gris, con nubes intensas y dramáticas y con tormentas de fondo. EN cambio, el atardecer del sábado fue muy colorido. La claridad asombrosa de la noche también nos permitió realizar fotografías nocturnas muy interesantes. El domingo empezó con un fantástico amanecer, que nos regaló a todos una sonrisa para empezar bien un día que puso fin al taller.

This weekend I have been giving  a photo workshop at the beautiful village of Cadaqués. The Associació Fotogràfica Jaume Oller asked me to do a Landscape photo workshop in this area  where I have been working for several years, and  the final result was really enjoyable weekend. The group was fantastic and the experience was also really interesting.

We visited many locations at the area, looking for beaches,  cliffs, islands and rocks… the essence of this coast. On saturday dawn the weather was a little bit grey but with a really interesting clouds.  However, the dusk session was really colorful, with interesting and soft colors over the horizon; also the night session was clear and several  night photos  taken were really beautiful.  The sunday dawn was really dramatic… with extremely colorful and dense clouds that made us a little bit happier.
